We have been operating on the market since 2005 and during that time we have implemented dozens of successful projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our main specialization is the construction and reconstruction of buildings, both in the sphere of business parks, office buildings, retail centers or food chains, as well as modern residential complexes.
We create projects with a long-term vision, which is why we can also operate what we build. We therefore lease and manage a large part of our properties under our own management, ensuring high quality of services, flexibility for our partners and stable investment value.

We deal with construction and reconstruction
business parks, office buildings, retail centres, food chains and apartment complexes. But it doesn’t end with the construction. What we build, we are able to operate. We thus lease and manage a large part of our buildings under our own management.
We build and operate
places where people feel comfortable, and we don’t underestimate a single detail – from identifying the site and preparing a feasibility plan, to buying the land, to arranging permits, to preparing the necessary documentation.
We are newly entering the logistics segment
through a logistics center project in Samobor, Croatia. The entire complex will offer 86,000 m² of leasable area. The first phase of 43,000 m² is already completed and in operation, the second phase is currently under construction.
This project represents an important step in expanding our portfolio and confirms our ambition to become a strong player in the field of industrial and logistics real estate.
We are building on this success by preparing new logistics centers in the Czech Republic.

Miloslav Hartman
Miloslav Hartman is the co-owner of RC Europe and has been instrumental in its founding and strategic development. His vision and entrepreneurial approach have contributed to the company’s expansion across Europe and the successful delivery of numerous development projects. Míla focuses on long-term strategy, management of key investments, and the development of new opportunities. His creativity and ingenuity are key drivers of innovation and the company’s growth.
Jan Prokop
Jan Prokop is the co-owner of RC Europe and a key figure in the company’s management. Thanks to his expertise and experience in real estate development and investment, he has helped build a strong and stable brand. Honza focuses on project management, business development, and the strategic direction of the group. He is known for his practical mindset and analytical approach, which enable him to keep the company running smoothly even during challenging times.
Martin Grünwald
Martin Grünwald is a member of the board of RC EUROPE and has been involved in the company’s development since its founding in 2005. He is responsible for executing key transactions, managing relationships with external investors, and preparing strategic materials for important decision-making processes.
Andrei Rati
Andrei Rati has been part of RC since 2005 and has become a key figure from the very beginning of the company’s operations in Romania. Through his leadership and negotiation skills, he has rightfully earned the position of CEO / Country Manager. His strategic management and negotiation expertise have been evident across all projects—from retail and office buildings to photovoltaic developments.
Antonín Dillenz
Antonín has been with the RC Europe group for six years, serving as the Managing Director for the Czech Republic. In the past, he worked as a manager in the energy, construction, and building maintenance sectors. He was involved in the construction and maintenance of the Hyundai and KIA manufacturing plants. He also has international experience from countries such as Israel and Finland.
Vendula Macháčková
Vendula has been working with RC as a legal counsel for 9 years. She coordinates the group’s legal teams across all countries of operation and sets up corporate processes. She is involved in both domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and all key transactions of the RC Group.
Michal Navrátil
Michal has been with RC Europe for 7 years and is responsible for securing bank financing for projects, as well as contributing to the financing of the entire RC Europe group. This role involves modeling appropriate financing structures and project profitability, which he prepares as part of his responsibilities. He also plays a co-leading role in managing the process of project sales or acquisitions.
Petra Valesova
Petra Valešová has been Chief Economist at RC Europe since 2016. She specialises in cash flow management, project costing and tax issues across all countries where the group operates.
Libor Zůbek
Libor has been part of the RC Europe team since 2019 and currently holds the position of Chief Analytics Officer. His main responsibilities include data collection, consolidation, and analysis, helping the company find answers to key questions and move forward.
