In 2015, we constructed a modern office building with first-class facilities. The building features five above-ground floors, primarily consisting of open-plan offices, complemented by integrated conference rooms on each floor. On the ground floor, there is a customer service center that is open to the tenants’ clients during business hours. The complex offers generous parking areas, green spaces, walkways, and relaxation zones with benches.
Key tenants include companies operating in the field of electric power, which run continuously operating control centers for monitoring the electrical distribution network.
The project was successfully sold in 2024.
