Poliklinika Zlín has been part of our portfolio since 2018. It offers a wide range of healthcare services—from pharmacies and general practitioners to specialists and highly specialized medical facilities. The building also houses a bistro, an optician, a café, and other commercial units.
This building, which recently celebrated its 70th anniversary, is undergoing continuous modernization and improvement to meet the demands of today’s healthcare standards—not only in terms of design but also in terms of infrastructure and technology. As part of these upgrades, the building is now also equipped with a photovoltaic power plant.
