RC ZONE Samobor is a modern logistics complex. At the heart of the project is a logistics hall offering over 86,000 m² of leasable space, meeting the highest standards of technical quality, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. It provides an ideal environment for logistics and manufacturing activities, with a unique location that enables seamless connections between Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, and the entire Southeast European region. The complex is located just 12 km from the center of Zagreb and has direct access to the A3 motorway, which connects Croatia and Slovenia, ensuring excellent accessibility. The zone benefits from its proximity to the capital city, offering well-developed infrastructure and a strong foundation for a stable workforce and future growth. Upon completion, the hall in Samobor will rank among the largest logistics facilities in Southeast Europe.

The first phase of 43,000 m² is already completed, fully occupied by tenants and in operation, the second phase is currently under construction.
