In 2018, we completed the construction of the RC Central Pitesti project. We successfully transformed the project from an older building that we acquired in 2017 from Distributie Energie Oltenia and SEO. We immediately began extensive renovation works, which were completed in 2018. From an old administrative building of a state-owned enterprise, we created a modern office building that brought significant improvements and served as an inspiration for the office market in the Romanian city of Pitesti.
During the construction phase, the building was partially opened, allowing for the rapid occupancy of its premises. In less than two years, we successfully leased 100% of the space to approximately 60 different tenants. Key tenants included the publishing house Paralela 45, IT company Textrone, the political party USR, and the bakery Vel Pitar.
The project was sold in 2022.
