In 2023, we purchased land from the city of Kikinda, and in 2024, we began construction of the NEST Kikinda retail park. Construction was completed in 2024, and the retail park opened in November of the same year. The main tenants include New Yorker, Delhaize, and Sinsay.
The project was sold in 2025.
