We began construction of the NEST Kraljevo retail park in Serbia in 2016. The construction was successfully completed a year later, and the park was officially opened in 2017. Key tenants included brands such as Delhaize, DM, and Koton. In 2019, we began work on the second phase of the project. In 2023, we successfully sold both projects.
