In 2017, we acquired a plot of land from Mercator, and a year later, we began construction of the NEST Užice retail park. The project was completed in 2019, and in November of the same year, we officially opened its doors to customers. Key tenants included brands such as Deichmann, Koron, LC Waikiki, and JYSK. In 2024, the retail park was successfully sold.
