In 2016, we purchased a plot of land from the city of Vršac, where we launched the construction of the NEST Vršac retail park in 2019. Construction was completed as early as March 2020, when we officially opened the doors of this modern retail center. Key tenants include popular brands such as Pepco, JYSK, Benu, and Prospanek, offering a wide range of products and services to our visitors. In 2024, we successfully completed the sale of this project.
