In close proximity to Tesco in Vyškov, we developed a modern retail park that became home to brands such as Sportisimo, CCC, and Pepco. Thanks to its prime location in a commercial zone near supermarkets and the bus station, it offers customers convenient access to a wide range of stores.
The project was successfully completed and sold to a new owner in 2019. Together with another retail park in Vyškov, it forms an important shopping hub that contributes to the development of the city’s infrastructure and the retail market in the region.
