In Vyškov, we developed the first retail park, strategically positioned next to Lidl and Kaufland, becoming a key part of the local shopping zone. For a period of time, the RC offices were also located here; today, these premises are occupied by Rossmann.

The retail park hosts well-known brands such as Mountfield, Breno, and Rostex, offering customers a diverse range of stores. Thanks to its excellent accessibility and diverse tenant mix, it has become a popular shopping destination.

In 2016, we successfully sold the project, marking the conclusion of another successful chapter in the development of retail spaces in Vyškov.
