In 2019, we began developing the RC ARC project. We acquired the land from IMS Proprietati and, during the building permit approval process, managed 5,373 m² of NLA for tenants including Depanero, Turbo Con Auto, Simax Automatic, and Mecanero GES Service.
In 2022, we sold the land to PFF Real Estate Group.
