In 2017, we acquired an administrative building from Distributie Energie Oltenia and SEO and began an extensive renovation, which we completed in 2019, thereby realizing the RC Central Drobeta project. The building was modernized and transformed into an attractive office center. The opening was carried out gradually during the construction phase.
Within less than two years, we achieved 100% occupancy of the building. The main tenant became the energy company ČEZ Romania, with additional tenants including law and consulting firms, as well as the accounting company Expert Contabilitate.
