In 2018, we acquired an older building from Distributie Energie Oltenia and immediately began its renovation, which we completed within the same year. The opening of the RC Central Slatina project was carried out gradually, already during the renovation works.
Within less than a year, we achieved 100% occupancy of the building. Key tenants included the energy company ČEZ Romania, the telecommunications company ANDCOR, BSS Facility Management, and the Architects Union of Romania. Sold in 2022.
